AmenPreacher is free to churches. There are no ads, no paid tier and no feature held back for payment. The ministry behind it, Kept & Sent Ministries, Inc., will be supported by gifts.

Who can use it

Churches join by invitation. The person who sets up a church's archive accepts these terms for the church, and becomes its first owner. Owners can invite others to upload and edit, and only owners can delete, change settings, export or close the archive.

Your church owns its content

Your church keeps every right to the recordings, the written-out sermons and the details it enters. By uploading, your church lets us store them, make the copy listeners hear, write out and index the words, and show them on your archive, inside your website and in your podcast feeds. We use them for nothing else.

What your church may upload

• Only recordings your church has the right to publish.
• Guest preachers' sermons with their permission.
• Music only when your church's own license covers it (see Copyright).

Export any time

An owner can download the details of every sermon at once, and ask for everything (the original recordings, the copies listeners hear, captions and written-out sermons), which arrives as an emailed download link good for seven days. There is no charge.

What we may remove

We may take down anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law, and we may end access for a church that keeps uploading other people's work.

Closing an archive

An owner can close the archive in Settings. Closing deletes everything that belongs to it, as our privacy page describes, and cannot be undone, so download the export first. The church's web address is then free for anyone to use.
